Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Havoc Data Labs ("Havoc," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to use a sports-analytics service where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

2. What Havoc is — and isn't

Havoc provides sports data, statistics, historical records, and analytical models for informational and entertainment purposes. Havoc is not a sportsbook, does not accept or process wagers, and does not provide betting, financial, or investment advice. Nothing on Havoc is a recommendation to place any particular bet. All betting decisions are solely your own.

3. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Historical or backtested performance shown on Havoc is not a promise or prediction of future results. We do not guarantee that you will win, profit, or achieve any particular result, and you may lose money. You use the information at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (annual or quarterly) through our third-party payment processor.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change on renewal with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service or its data; not to share your account; and not to use Havoc for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Havoc name, platform, models, and content are owned by Havoc Data Labs and provided for your personal, non-commercial use under a limited, revocable license. Underlying sports data may be sourced from third parties.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havoc Data Labs is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses), damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Havoc will be resolved by binding individual arbitration (not a class action), except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and Havoc waive any right to a jury trial. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
