This Privacy Policy explains what information Havoc Data Labs ("Havoc," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Havoc you agree to this policy.

• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and basic device/browser and analytics information, to operate and improve the service.
• Cookies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

How we use it

• To provide, secure, and improve the service.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run Havoc, under their own privacy terms — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/hosting of app data), Vercel (hosting), and analytics providers. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can access or update your account information, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@havocintel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your data.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Havoc is intended only for adults of legal age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
