Refund & Cancellation Policy

Havoc is a digital subscription — you get immediate, ongoing access to our data, models, and system records the moment you subscribe. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Refunds

• Because Havoc delivers digital content and access immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and automatic renewals.
• First-charge goodwill window: if something isn't right, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund at our discretion.
• We do not provide refunds based on the outcome of any bet or the performance of any system — sports results are uncertain and outside our control (see the no-guarantee terms).
• Where a refund is required by applicable law, we honor it.

Billing problems? Talk to us first

If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe is an error, please email support@havocintel.com before disputing it with your bank. We respond quickly and can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback — and it keeps your account in good standing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.

How renewals are communicated

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each term (annual or quarterly) using your payment method on file. We'll notify you of any price change before it takes effect, and you can cancel before renewal to avoid it.
